The HR Staff Hub will soon provide the main access route to HR services for most Imperial College staff. Whether accessed online, via telephone or in person, the HR Staff Hub will be responsible for either resolving your query or ensuring that it is passed to the right HR team.
We are currently transitioning Support Services departments to the new HR Structure. This is the beginning of improving the provision HR offers to your areas and will initially involve a change in how staff can access HR services.
Once established, the HR Staff Hub will expand its service provision to cover all Faculties, assuming responsibility for many of the tasks which were previously completed by the separate operational Faculty HR teams. Our target is to complete the implementation programme by Easter 2019.
The HR Staff Hub is based on Level 4, Sherfield Building, South Kensington Campus.
We are currently developing additional HR Staff Hub locations at the Hammersmith and St Mary's campuses and aim for these to be operational by Easter 2019.

- Payroll and Pensions queries
- Contract changes or questions
- Leavers (including retirements)
- Maternity (or Adoption/Paternity)
- Reference requests
- All general HR enquiries
