Tracking Your Application Online

Once you have submitted your online application for Postgraduate study, you will be able to monitor the progress of your application via our Student e-Service.  You will receive an initial email confirming that we have received your application and then a follow-up email that will provide you details on how to access our Student e-Service. 


Gaining Access to Student e-Service

Receiving Log In Details

Within 10 working days of submitting your application, you will receive another email containing your CID (College Identifier) and a username. The email will provide a link to the account activation page, where you will choose your password and activate your account. You cannot activate your account before your CID and username have been sent to you. If you still have not received your CID and username 10 days after your application date please do contact the Registry Systems team

Using Student e-Service

Once you have activated your account, you will be able to monitor the progress of the application by logging into the Student e-ServiceIf you experience any difficulty logging in, we recommend that you try to use a diferrent browser as this may rectify the problem. If the problem persists, please contact the ICT Service Desk

Forgotten Your Password?

You should make a note of your username and password. If you do happen to forget your password, you can reset it using the password reset facility. If you forget your username, you must call the ICT Service Desk on +44(0) 207 594 9000, quoting your CID.
